All Trenier instruments are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover cracking of wood or finish that may result from changes in temperature and humidity. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser for the length of time that he or she owns the instrument, and does not cover repairs needed for normal instrument wear and tear, such as refretting, truss rod adjustment, setup, etc.

 

As of October 1, 2007, Trenier guitars are priced as follows:

 

Model E, domestic tonewoods, built in Lollar pickup

Broadway model, 16" body, maple or walnut tonewoods

Model 17, maple back and sides

Magnolia, 18" body, top shelf tonewoods, domestic or European

These prices include an entirely handmade archtop guitar with American tonewoods (except for the Magnolia model), sunburst finish, and hardshell case. Several options are available to the customer at no extra cost, including neck width and contour, 25, 25 1/4 or 25 1/2 inch scale length, and either parallel tone bar or X bracing. The following options are available at additional cost:

Santos mahogany neck - +$50

Solid wood bindings (including figured maple) - +$500

Ivoroid bindings - +$50
